Extremely comfortable and patient friendly. From the front desk to the therapy room, each one of staff is polite and attentive. This is my second stint with Dr. Delcampo and he takes the time necessary to understand your issue, explain the treatment and procedes to perform any adjustments with care and concern. There are not enough stars on this rating scale. Thank you all for what you do for me!

I am visiting from Minnesota, I came here Jan 13, 2026, with Sciatica. Dr. Sod was highly recommended by a friend, of which I am paying it forward! My sciatica greatly improved from Dr. Sod’s treatments and exercises shown to me by their in-house rehab technician, Brie. Every person there is very nice and very helpful!

I live in Charlotte, NC and was visiting friends in Rehoboth last month. I've been working from Delaware for the past three weeks. I had complicated foot surgery to build an arch in my left foot which was terrifically successful, but I was left with one arched foot and one flat foot. Regular pairs of inserts did no good because of the difference in my feet. I struggled for months trying to work out the issue. I heard customer orthotics were expensive and I feared they wouldn’t help. Then I found First State Health and Wellness! Not only was their office close but the process was simple. Measurements of my feet were taken by simply standing on a machine for two minutes. In less than three weeks, my orthotics were ready and the adjustment has been easy. Very inexpensive solution to a very painful problem! THANKS SO MUCH!
