Elite PT - Rehoboth

I had a fantastic experience at Elite PT after injuring a leg muscle. Amelia and Sim were knowledgable, attentive, and kind. They pushed me just enough each session, and my leg healed quickly. Even better- my core strength and flexibility improved too! At 61, I feel stronger and more hopeful about my physical health. Though my primary home is in Wilmington, I plan to keep coming back. On a side note, My athletic brother ( from Lewes)and neice are regulars…They absolutely love this experience as well! Top notch- Highly recomend!

Elite PT has been great. I’ve had a nagging rotator cuff problem for over 6 months trying to do the self-diagnosis, self treatment route. Fail. So I finally went to Dr Pillai (who was recommended by virtually everyone I spoke to), and she set me up with Elite. Elite has been elite for my shoulder. In the space of a month, with twice a week sessions and a solid and simple exercise plan, my shoulder is probably 80% improved. And I feel like over time it will continue to improve and will ultimately get back to normal. My therapist Tim has been awesome and set me up with a good plan that has worked. And I’ve learned some stuff from him about how to protect my shoulder going forward. The vibe in the Rehoboth facility is really good and it’s beachfront!! Maybe I’ll extend my treatment
