Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

They had on their site that I signed up for a trial pair miracle Ear hearing aids but when I got there, they refused to offer me the trial miracle Ear hearing aids. After they found out what type of insurance I had they wanted to give me some off brand hearing aids. Their advertisement is misleading and they did not honor what they said. I had to rate them a one star because it was nothing else lower!!!

If I could put a zero star I would! This place is a scam to the fullest! My father is on a fixed income and can’t hear well at all! These sorry people and their business set him up! They got him to get the hearing aids and then after a trial of three weeks they told him that he owe them $600 dollars to turn them back in when 30 days was not even up yet. Don’t take your business to these people at all! If you go in there you might want to record everything on audio and video. They are scammers! Beware people!

Our hearing aids were ordered almost a month ago. We had an appointment scheduled for Monday to receive them and have them fitted. We received a call on Thursday stating that the appointment would have to be reschedule for 2.5 weeks later. We paid $2000 upfront. The instrument specialist was rude, offered only unacceptable options and hung up on me. We have requested a refund so we can try to find somewhere that cares about clients in the Meridian, MS area.

The equipment is good but wouldn't buy againI. Get everything in writing! I bought the aids and part of the selling pitch was if I lost one it could be replaced. My daughter was with me and remembers that part of the pitch. I went to Ace during the pandemic and my aid hook around the ear. I had a mask on and coming out of Ace I believe when pulling off the mask I got the aid too. I noticed this halve way home and went back but know one found the aid or turned it in. I went to replace it and thinking well I'll have to pay 500.00 but was told it was changed to 1000.00 because they believed they were getting scammed by other users. Well I wasn't a scammer I needed a new aid and even though I was told it was 500 I had to pay the higher amount. Im retired on a fixed income and the 5000.
