The Preserve at Meridian

My wife has been a resident in memory care for 1 1/2 years. I looked around at all the options and decided on the Preserve. I have not been disappointed. The facilities are very nice and the staff are very caring and sincere. If you find yourself or a loved one needing this type of care, I highly recommend the Preserve at Meridian.

A couple weeks ago I was doing some research for my parents on finding them a nice assisted living facility and I came across The Preserve at Meridian. I contacted the facility and was able to speak with Lakeela Kersh (receptionist), she gave me the best customer service, great information of facility, and also was greeted with the same customer service when my parents and I toured the facility. She's the best 👌.

The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and supported. The facility itself is clean, inviting, and offers a variety of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy. I highly recommend The Preserve to anyone looking for a caring and supportive assisted living or memory care option!

Last year when dad decided he wanted to move to an Assisted Living home, I wasn’t sure what to expect. My dad, my niece and I toured several facilities however, The Preserve at Meridian exceeded all our expectations! From being so graciously greeted by Terry Buchanan and given a grand tour of the facility, the amenities they offer their residents and all the fun activities it was just the perfect fit for my dad. I even wanted to stay there, it felt like a perfect spa getaway. He’s been there a year and a half now and I can tell you that he is thriving more than ever!! They have a beautiful dining room, courtyard, on-site physical therapy, salon, nurse, and everyone on the staff are so friendly. I can rest easily knowing my dad is in good hands when I am unavailable to be with him.

I toured The Preserve last week with some family and upon our arrival LaKeela Kersh was pleasantly welcoming and professional. She made me and my family feel welcomed just by her warming attitude and personality. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean, I think our loved one will be in the right place once we finally make the transition over.
