My first trip to the Wound Center to have them analyze wounds on the bottom of each of my feet was a very pleasant experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, signed in, and within ten minutes I was greeted and escorted to an exam room. An RN entered promptly and introduced herself, and took all of my vitals, questioned the purpose for my visit, and examined my wounds, and verified all of my personal information listed in my Baptist Hospital records. See noted all the information and and advised that she would review all info with the Physician Assistant and she would be in shortly. PA as well as an RN/BSN entered, asked several questions and began the examination. She thoroughly explained he thoughts, and set about treatment of several wounds. Explained the treatmen

I had a very pleasant visit. The staff was very nice and seemed to be very informative. My nurse, Leslie, was so sweet and personable with me and my husband. I loved the way they included him in my visit. I would highly recommend this facility.

I took my mother Patricia and we absolutely loved the doctor and the nurses. They were so professional and so nice and courteous. We felt absolutely comfortable and we got satisfaction in the results of the testing explanations. She explained what they showed so that we understood. Also, we were so satisfied with being able to choose whether my mother stayed on the meds or had procedures done. She was so happy with the experience all around. We would recommend them to anyone. We loved them!

I will have to give this care center and all it's staff a five star rating. You couldn't ask for any better care or nice people who treat you like royalty. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were seen at the ER on Friday 6 Mar. The attending Dr Parr referred to us several times as "you people" and that he is only trying to help "you people". He was rude and over talking us in what was a very serious situation. No empathy whatsoever. Be aware of him and his level of care if you are "you people". Zeros all around . He needs to have his license revoked.
