Everyone has been so nice from the minute I walk through the door. Always willing to help. All my questions are answered. I will continue to go back and feel confident knowing I will always get the best and correct answers to my questions.

I just received my new hearing aids and both Angie and Kelly have been wonderful. Kelly kept in frequent contact with me as the paperwork worked through the insurance system, checking each day to see if it was finished. Angie could not have been more patient, attentive and helpful during not only delivery but also during the follow up check. Truly two great young ladies to work with!!!

Kelly is always warm and friendly. She has a smile on her face when she greets you as you come through the door. Stan and Michael have been awesome and very helpful. I met the new technician, Angie, yesterday and I have to say another great staff addition. I highly recommend this location for all of your hearing needs.

Michael and his staff took care of and treated my Mom like royalty!! They are so personable that they seem like family!! I would recommend them to anyone that needs their type of service!! Their products are remarkable and Michael knows exactly what you need just by listening to your problems!! My Mom is 84 and near deaf!! She hears like she’s 25 again!! They are just plain amazing!!

I would refer this miracle -ear office to anyone in need of a hearing aid. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Michael and Kelly make you feel very comfortable. They are very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I hearing aids, and have always had a pleasant experience when visiting their office.
