MinuteClinic at CVS

The practitioner there was great. She makes you feel cared for and explains everything thoroughly. There was a wait but there is only one person doing everything so sometimes she is behind depending on what kind of appointments come in. I saw Renee Golding Coote, NP and she was really great. You don't feel like just a number, she gives you her attention and treats you with much care. Just be patient, she is doing her best to get to everyone while keeping patient safety as top priority.

I was sent here by CVS when their system was down 9/26 for the flu and covid vaccines. I specifically asked if MinuteClinic would bill me and was told no. The practitioner was very nice and I am sure she is good at her job, but I received a bill for services and was told by the billing office there was nothing they could do. This is totally poor customer service. As requested I called again but was brushed off.

Avoid this CDL testing site. The examiner Nicole who conducted the test felt invasive and unprofessional, with a whisper-based hearing test, requests to strip down, and a “march” that left many uncomfortable. Every drivers was told to retake the test, which they all past then with flying colors. Seems like a money play.

Making an appointment is pointless. There are two exam rooms with only one physician. I made appointments and still waited an hour and a half to go in. Don’t consider this a walk in clinic either. There is no front desk worker. One physician who is always in the exam room with someone else. You’re better off going to an urgent care.

It was very convenient to get a sport physical for my son here. My son is special needs (ASD), and we needed a physical so he could participate in Unified Bowling at his school. There were plenty of convenient times to book, and the professionals at the site were knowledgeable and dealt with my son appropriately.
