CVS Pharmacy

I had an appointment for my flu vaccine & was attended to very quickly. The pharmacist who gave me the vaccine was so nice & professional. I've had my scripts sent to this location for quite some time and can say I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Vaccines were very easy to schedule at a time that was convenient and the staff which helped us were very kind and helpful.

The check in process at the pharmacy is inefficient and took 3x as long to pick up prescriptions. It is an opportunity for improvement. The onus of collecting the information should fall to the store and not the customer.

This pharmacy is the worst to work with. Expect long lines and attitudes while there. I recently moved to the area and on the few occasions that I have been there has been a terrible experience. I had to wait for 10 minutes because one of the technicians couldn't log into her account. I recently put in a script and ran into an insurance issue. I went through the entire "song and dance" with insurance, my provider, and CVS Caremark and was told that everything was ready for refill. I called the Pharmacy and left a message to confirm, they called me back and I spoke to the pharmacists, Sarah or Sara, is completely rude. No "hello" or anything, just direct and rather rude. Honestly, it was my shopping experience with the floor associates, Ross. He was so wonderful. This man was professional, patient, and extremely pleasant. He was so attentive and answered all my questions concerning my Care Pass points and general knowledge of the store which better assisted with my shopping experience, we need more people like Ross!
