The NP was so kind during my visit and after my diagnosis of a sinus infection and ear infection she insisted on walking me to the prescription area because I was dizzy. She was knowledgeable and compassionate which is exactly what people want/need when they are aren't feeling the best.

I recommend using any other provider. This clinic falsely bills visit times/codes which will impact your out of pocket cost. Minute Clinic has given zero assistance to resolve this matter.

I was charged $523 for a quick visit with my son for a flu test and to have a Dr listen to his lungs. $523 for a flu test!!!! I was also charged this amout WITHOUT my knowledge OR consent. I am now dealing with financial issues due to this error that Minute Clinic refuses to correct until my insurance pays Is this normal practice?

I went to this location because my PCP’s office couldn’t squeeze me in and the virtual urgent care visit provided by Anthem was a waste of time, but going forward, Minute Clinic will be my first choice when I need testing and guidance for severe non-emergency symptoms. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and excellent at providing the information I needed to make the right choices about my treatment plan. One small piece of advice: book an appointment through the CVS website as soon as you think you might need one, because they tend to book up quickly.

I scheduled an appointment at the O’Fallon minute clinic on Tuesday November 19 to get an MMR and Tdap immunization - I get a message the morning of that that don’t have any MMR in stock. I try to call several minute clinics nearby to confirm if they have MMR in stock, all I get are voice recordings telling me to schedule online. I say to hell with it and schedule appointments and see if they cancel them due to not having anything in stock. My appointment at the Ballwin CVS remains, and I drive 40 minutes from my house for this appointment. I show up, they say that have to double check to see if they have any MMR in stock. Then, I’m hit with “do you have a prescription?” For a vaccine that I haven’t had in 24 years? No. It’s required for my nursing program. Mind you CVS has my vaccine reco
