MinuteClinic at CVS

I brought my son in for a sports physical. Everything was going smoothly with the nurse practitioner until we came to examining my son‘s ears. The nurse practitioner couldn’t visualize the eardrum due to a large amount of earwax so he then went into the cabinets and took out an earwax removal kit and began using it on my son when my son verbally told him multiple times that it hurt and it was very uncomfortable. This was only done On one ear. The rest of the exam was smooth and we were on our way out with the entire exam not lasting more than a half hour. On our way home, my son was complaining of how bad that hurt and he was having a hard time hearing out of his ear, later that night my son was having a hard time staying asleep because of how uncomfortable his ear was and he showed me tha

CVS MINUTE CLINIC has expert Nurse practitioners and is easily accessible. I am never dissapointed and I received excellent care.As A walk in I was treated in an expedient manner.

The providers are pleasant, engaging, very thorough and most of all caring and helpful! From answering questions to getting school notes they are easy to talk to and they take care of it all. Special shout out to Wanda and Cindy who always seem to be on duty when me or one of my 4 kids wanders in!! They are simply the best! 😊

Wanda was great with me with my visit the other day. She listened and spent time with me did not throw medicine at me and rush me out of the clinic.

I was greeted on time and the practitioner was very thoughtful, compassionate and thorough.
