I am so grateful to have found Dr. Martha! I just had my first appointment with her and she was able to help me understand and learn about the muscle connections with labor/delivery & beginning to integrate understanding for contracting/relaxing specific muscles. Specifically we targeted muscles I had never even knew existed!! Learned so much in an hour, & already feel extremely confident in moving forward in the third trimester/labor/delivery/to postpartum 🥹😊

I had a great experience at Elysium for my postpartum care! Within just a few sessions, my symptoms were almost completely resolved. Martha took the time and care to help all of my issues, not just the ones I thought I had. She knew how to look at the whole person so I can go forward knowing how better to care for myself. I will definitely be returning with any PT needs in the future and I highly recommend just a handful of sessions to anyone struggling with pelvic pain or discomfort. And a huge bonus for being able to bring my kids! Martha was so understanding and helpful with them while still paying attention to me and meeting my needs.

I went to Dr. Martha for support for my daughter who was a little behind with crawling and then walking. Within one week of working with her, my daughter was crawling. I saw her again a few months later for support for walking, and my daughter took her first steps literally the next day. Martha is so knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. She put me at ease to ask any questions I had. She knew exactly how much to push to make progress but not make my daughter too frustrated or uncomfortable. She talked me through ideas for how to practice at home and made it easy for me to apply the strategies on my own. She is an excellent PT and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
