MinuteClinic at CVS

I took my grandson in for a sports physical yesterday. The NP was abrupt and rude from the time we arrived until we left. I can let certain things go, but she criticized my grandson's penmanship(his signature). It was demeaning, embarrassing, and inconsequential. He wasn't there for a writing assessment. From other reviews, I can see that she has a reputation for being rude to patients. Do better ma'am.

We go to this minute clinic when we know we cannot get into our PCP office the same day or when a televisit, just won't work (need of a strep or flu test). We have been here several times and all have been pleasant experiences. The very first time (many years ago) there was a very long wait, but I think we were walk-ins. After that, we made appointments online and only had to wait a few minutes--typical of any doctor's office. The NP here is fantastic, listens well, and has great personality. Reccommend going here if you cannot get into your PCP office for immediate care for an illness.

These folks are always kind and helpful. Even though its out of network for me right now, I will pay the extra money for the care I get here.

Had a recent visit to Kernersville, NC MinuteClinic at CVS. It was another great experience with a true professional Nurse Practitioner. In and out without any unnecessary chatter. Truck driver this is a great place to get your necessary physical. Schedule your appointment then get it done. They're a NCDMV not to far to turn in your paperwork and stay in the game....

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Had flu like symptoms so on so forth. I saw Elana Ratliff N.P. and it went flawless. Very knowledgeable and professional. Can’t recommend enough.
