Customer service experience and professionalism of the technician was exemplary for flu shot today. Receiving any type of Medical Care in a dirty closet sitting on a waiting room chair cannot be the standard for service.

Best location! Mrs. Patel is truly profesional and knows how to provide the great experience. Been here two times and both times were wondelful, she called me to see me right on time! Didn’t have to wait a lot even if there was a line, gave me a vaccine the way I didn’t have to worry about equipment sterilization and also provided moral support! Highly recommend this location especially after trying to go to another one on county line rd, where I had to walk out because of waiting an hour and rude nurse.

I was seen promptly at my schedule time, was seen by a caring and knowledgeable practitioner. That took the time to assess me with the necessary options I had at my disposal. Without being pushy or trying to rush me out, in a obvious way! Very pleased with the interaction at the clinic...

Made the mistake of giving this place another chance. I went in because I have been sick for 2 1/2 weeks pretty sure that I needed antibiotics because I wasn’t getting better on my own. I was refused antibiotics despite several requests. I ended up seeing my primary care physician today and guess what - I have whooping cough. How did this escape the clinicians attention? I think, jumping to conclusions and not listening to the full story and not asking questions. Why are there four exam rooms here but only one is ever open!?? And what is the point of offering appointments when you keep people waiting 45 minutes to an hour beyond their scheduled time?? Get more staff here and reduce wait times. Waiting area is gross and dirty. I am never wasting half my day here again. I wish they never

The practitioner really shows concern about my health issues. She listen and very attentive. Has many years experience. She makes sure before I go that she has addressed all my concerns.
