MinuteClinic at CVS

The staff at the Minute Clinic on Dutch Fork Road in Irmo, SC, were wonderfully friendly, kind, and professional. The atmosphere of the whole store was particularly warm and welcoming, reminding me of old style small town pharmacies where everyone is treated like a dear neighbor.

I went to the minute clinic today and got 4 vaccines. I unfortunately do not know her name but she was great. It was quick and painless and she was very nice. Highly recommend!

This CVS was awesome for a TB test only. Was only $36. BUT when I went back to have it read 48 hours later they charged me an additional $50!!!!! RIDICULOUS PRICING- don’t go to CVS

Came in Friday 6/6 for Hep B teter and NP advised she would call me for my results. On 6/10 around 5:30 pm I received an email from minute clinic confirming that an appointment had been scheduled for 6/10 at 6pm as I’m sitting at home. I assumed the NP was maybe getting ready to call me only to receive another email confirming an appointment for 6/12 at 6pm. Finally I received an email confirming an after visit summary confirming a TB skin test was given on 6/10 again as I’m sitting at home. I called the minute clinic 800 number only to advise the rep of what just occurred for which she placed me on hold to see what was happening. After 23 minutes holding I get an automated prompt to rate my experience. Next call will be to my insurance company to falsification and fraud. I’ll contact corp

This is the best Minute Clinic in the area. Possibly the whole state. Easy to get an appointment on the website. Great PAs who care about patients and listen to you. Interact with you as an intelligent person with a medical problem that they truly want to address. If you have to go to ER or regular doctor, great, but the waiting area is clean, comfortable and not crowded. You can pick up stuff waiting hours in the ER or urgent care. The regular doc won't have an opening for 3 or more weeks...who can wait that long? Awesome service and the recent visit solved a medical problem that a local highly touted dermatology practice either couldn't or wouldn't.
