MinuteClinic at CVS

I was required to receive a TB test as a necessary job-related requirement. I used a local MinuteClinic at CVS. The nurse practitioner, Dr. Priya Bhattarai, made the experience a very positive one. Prior to my appointment, I noticed there were many customers in the waiting area. Dr. Bhattarai acknowledged all of us, putting one concerned family at ease by listening to their personal scheduling concerns and providing reassurance. During my visit, Dr. Bhattarai was friendly and asked relevant questions. She addressed all the needs and paperwork associated with the TB test. Overall, the Minute Clinic process was an excellent experience. The scheduling, email updates, and check-in process all worked out well. I am providing an excellent grade largely based on my interaction with Dr. Priya B

Outstanding service by very professional provider. Making an appointment online was so easy, the staff at CVS/Minute Clinic have always been super friendly, and the entire process was done in a manner to set us at easy and complete the sign-in, preparation, and provide the vaccine quickly.

This Minute clinic is the absolute best, and they have the best nurse practitioners here especially Mrs. Iris Randall!!! She is awesome, she is caring, she is always willing to see someone and help out as much as she can. I felt very welcome and took him care of in such a timely manner. This is the worst clinic I’ve ever experienced. First attempt at coming here, I was told it was an 85 minute wait when there was absolutely no one else here. Then second try, I tried to make an appointment online and there were no available appointments so tried to walk in on a Saturday at 5 when they close at 5:30 and was told “no we stop taking appointments at 4:50”. So why in the hell do you advertise your hours as 5:30 when you don’t take walk-ins after 4:50 and I can’t make an appointment online… the doctor was very rude in explaining this process and the rest of the store staff either has no clue what’s going on. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told by the same lady who couldn’t even tell me the clinic hours, that she was the manager.

I stopped by the MinuteClinic at McGraw's Corner and had the good fortune to meet Iris, the nurse practitioner there. She was wonderful - very helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated her gentle and effective cleaning the wax from my ears.
