MinuteClinic at CVS

Lisa is fantastic. She is very good at making you feel comfortable, and helped me with my vaccines, helped me create my MC profile, set MC as my primary care giver, and scheduled my next appointment for an annual check up, even though I was late and she had limited time and patients to attend after me. I will continue going to this Falls Church MC just because the great job she did and the the overall great experience I had.

Minute Clinic is an amazing experience. It’s quick, efficient, and overall great. My child was exposed to strep and we were able to get him tested and the prescription he needed all at the same location. It was a good use of time and making an appointment was easy. Highly recommend.

If I could have left less than one star i would have. The website clearly states walk-in appointment available. My son’s girlfriend was in town and got ill. They came to the minute clinic waited an hour and forty five minutes in lobby only for the doctor to come out and tell them that she wasn’t taking walk-ins!! Seriously if you are not going to take walk-in for some reason… maybe a sign in waiting room that states no walk-in today instead of wasting peoples time !

The minute clinic here is amaaazing! One of the best medical experiences I've had, especially related to a gyn issue. The way they explained everything, and how I can care for the issue and when to follow-up was amazing! They were also thorough and made sure we could find out what the problem was so that I was receiving the proper care. They were also so nice and sweet, and answered all of my questions. The call after my visit to go over my lab work was just as helpful and full of information as the visit was!

They over charge you at the visit. When the EOB comes in, it takes multiple phone calls, wait, and hung up to get the refund. So DO NOT pay at the visit, despite their demand. Wait until you receive your EOB and pay the exact amount due.
