Our flu shot appointment was way bettter than expected. Tracey gave us our vaccinations and she was amazing! She made us feel special and important. She was extremely clear about what vaccines we were receiving and had us laughing and smiling the whole visit.

The person we saw at the minute clinic was so incredibly patient with my kids and them getting vaccinated. She actually started dancing to one of the songs my son was listening to and it made both him and myself laugh. We were very impressed with the service we received. Thank you so much!

We were the only appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes. Extremely unfriendly and cold attitude. Didn’t greet us, barely spoke to us, no bedside manner with this lady. Completely dismissive and said just go to the ER for a sore throat. She should take her own depression survey! Waste of time. Went to urgent care next door and had a fantastic compassionate staff with a solution for my sons illness.

Ms. Theresa was very good at giving 4x vaccines total - 2x for me and 2x for my son - she was particularly good with my young son and could tell she had a lot of experience; thanks!

Worst service from Cory from corporate as well as from the nurse practitioner in this location. No decorum or acknowledgement. Was charged $100 for lack of service to sent to a Walgreens across the street where I paid for their service. Horrible all around experience. Will never go to a minute clinic or suggest this service to anyone. CVS is subpar and will stick to Walgreens. The ARNP didn’t even acknowledge me upon arrival and was rude. Cory didn’t even try to help when it came to my poor experience. HORRIBLE!
