MinuteClinic at CVS

My wife and I made vaccination appointments for Saturday 9/27 at 4:50 pm...on the way, we were delayed because of a traffic accident. Wife called and after some maneuvering was able to talk to someone to notify the Minute Clinic. We were told it was ok, the clinic was open till 5:30 pm. We got there around 5, and Ariel the person on duty was very welcoming and accommodating. She understood what we were there for and explained every step. Very professional and thorough as well. An asset to the clinic!

I received immediate care from the nurse at the Minute clinic. Fast efficient and not hurried, very thorough. Thank you! I would strongly recommend the Cross Roads Miinute Clinic. Got antibiotics prescribed and picked them up within 10 minutes. What could be better?!

I post this review with a heavy heart. The practitioner, Arielle Granvold , NP license number 1109840, kicked me out of the appointment when I declined to provide a reason as to why I am taking certain psychiatric medication because it was not pertinent to my care. I provided my list of medication as to alert her if there would be any potential drug interactions, but when I declined to provide the exact reason I am taking the medications, as is my right per HIPAA, she raised her voice at me then ended the appointment in a way that was so incredibly inhumane and lacked any sort of empathy and compassion that I will never return to that location. She then lied on my visit summary stating that she “referred” me to another medical facility when she did nothing of the sort.

The NP at this location was nice but did not help to treat me. Days later and feeling much worse, I had to go to another NP at a different location to get proper treatment. I recommend the NP at Frisco in Target location.

Whoever is the female NP completely inept. My daughter had a UTI for the first time ever at 18 she asked me to come with her she sent us to the ER might be a kidney infection. Er said it’s a UTI never again.
