After having a horrible experience with a previous dentist, I didn’t see a dentist for a year and a half, but I was concerned about my dental care, so I looked around and found this office. Cross Roads Dentistry, has completely turned that around! Ashley, at the front desk was very professional and kind when making my appointment, I explained that I am a “big baby” and need a Dr. who will understand that and she assured me he would be awesome, and he was! The appointment started with the hygienist, Nikki, who was thorough, very gentle and explained and checked in with me during the cleaning to make sure I was ok. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary procedures. Instead, he took the time to explain exactly what could be done, and most importantly, corrected the mistakes my previo

I came to Crossroads Family Dentistry a few months ago because my previous dentist stopped taking my dental insurance. I was a little nervous because I loved my last dentist and was worried It would be hard to find another that I loved just as much! Dr. Smith by far exceeded my expectations! Very laid back and easy going. I felt like more than just a patient as he spent time just chatting with me about things. The staff is so sweet too! I have recommended this office to a few people already!! I will definitely be making my routine dental visits from now on!! Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for making me feel very comfortable!!

I have been a patient of Cross Roads Family Dentistry for at least 5 years. I have always been treated like part of the family. Dr. Joe Smith is both professional and personable -- something you don't often find in the same individual. I would trust him with any dental procedure and know he would never take advantage of any situation. I believe he is at least a 3rd generation dentist, and he knows his stuff. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them all.

Cross Roads Denistry has the best dentist and staff in town. From the moment I first entered the office I was welcomed by the front desk staff and when I was called back the nurses made me feel comfortable. Dr. Smith was real easy to talk to and I felt like he treated me professionally and wasn't one to pressure me into procedures I didn't need. He gave me options and took his time to discussed each with me. Very friendly environment and you'll leave there saying to yourself "Wow" they were great.
