MinuteClinic at CVS

My practitioner was great. The reserve a spot process is fairly easy but the check in is confusing- you don't know whether to check in at the kiosk or on your phone and on the phone it is actually a double process which if you don't complete you won't show up on the schedule. I waited about 15 minutes for my appointment which isn't bad unless you are really feeling sick and having to sit with other people and loud kids is not ideal.

Minute Clinic submitted my insurance information incorrectly and instead of trying to contact myself or my insurance company in any way, they just charged over $600 to my card on file. The only reason I am rating two stars is because the practitioner and the customer service representatives were kind and helpful. However, this company policy is disgusting and needs to be changed. I’ve never experienced anything like this from any healthcare provider.

Very easy to schedule a visit online and complete the necessary paperwork and insurance info. The nurse practitioner was great, took his time explaining everything and my course of treatment. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs quick, convenient care

Using CVS Minute Clinic was exactly what I needed. I came fairly early I was seen before my appointment time. I got in all my questions were answered, it was clean, the practitioners questions were simple straight to the point and I was out. Thanks for great service!

The medical professional at this location is a very kind person . His personality and concern for your illness is amazing!He takes time to treat you and explain everything. You can tell he's a caring human being and loves what he does!
