MinuteClinic at CVS

Wasn’t feeling well. Made an appointment online. Check in was super easy. Wait time was maybe 2 minutes. Practitioner exceeded my expectations! She was compassionate, thorough, and ensured I was satisfied with the care plan. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

i went to the er that morning for a hand rash that i’ve been battling for months. the er couldn’t be bothered and didn’t listen to anything i said. i tried my luck with the minute clinic. i cried and they listened and i came back and was treated. they were very kind and understanding. friday i could hardly close my hands and today they are almost as good as new. it was refreshing to have medical professionals listen to me and what has helped in the past instead of dismissing me and acting like i was crazy. it was a stressful day but it was worth it. i cannot thank them enough for helping me

If I could give zero I would. 1. Your time states you close at 7:30. I came with my step daughter at 7pm, as a last resort. We were refused & told to schedule in the morning. I tried to reason with who was on duty, that I believed it to be an upper respiratory infection or possible infection. She’s had a persistent cough for 3 plus weeks. (We coparent so keep the comments to yourself). We were refused & Told to book for in the morning. If you close at 7:30make it clear you will not see Patience after 7pm.

Online appointment service worked great. The nurse practitioner was terrific. We were able to get our updated Covid vaccines with a minimum of fuss. We'll definitely use this minute clinic in the future.

I've used this clinic several times for myself and for my son and always have a positive experience. I recommend booking an appointment online if you can. Wait times are reasonable and the staff is always friendly and professional.
