Nina's Nail Bar

It was my first visit, my appointment felt very rushed and now I see why. I got the deluxe pedi with gel and this is day 3!!! Why is my toe like this with GEL. I feel disrespected and the service I asked for wasn’t met. My first and last time here unfortunately. $70 down the drain.

Went to try Ninas with my husband. He works blue collar and so we decided to get pedicures. I asked for the $35 pedicure and he asked for the $50 one. The guy that did my feet did the $50 pedicure and I woke up the next day with a toe infection. Not only was I over charged but also I have an infection. Service was great but I’m disappointed.

Nina’s is the absolute BEST spot in Crestview. I have had exceptional service from several technicians and Nina herself did my nails and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She is so sweet and there is nothing better than feeling right at home while getting exactly what you ask for!! Trust the process! This nail salon is AMAZING 💃🏼🖤🖤🖤

Editing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. The first time I went here, Tom was my tech and he was awesome and I was very satisfied with my manicures and pedicure. I haven't gone in over a year and decided to treat myself 2 days ago to a pedicure and manicure. The manicure was fine. But the pedicure (the main reason I went) was not. The man that did both my manicure and pedicure did not paint my whole nail on most of my toes. I got the basic $35 pedicure but I still expect good service. I even have a cut on one of my toes where he cut my cuticles. He barely scrubbed my feet where I have calluses (the reason I went) and I can't tell a difference in that area. Kind of disappointed since I spent a total of $80 plus a tip and never really treat myself anymore.

I will start this off by saying i absolutely LOVE how my nails came out! They did the style exactly how I asked. However, just 4 days later 2 of my nails had completely popped off. I was super busy so a few days later I went back to get them fixed. The man that was gonna fix them told me that I would need to pay for another full set due to some of my other nails being loose. It had not even been 2 weeks yet and I was told I would need to pay full price for ANOTHER full set. Clearly the technique used to do my nails caused them not to last. This was my first time getting my nails done here but due to this experience i will NOT be returning.
