⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a Fun Barre Class for My Bachelorette Party! I booked a barre class for my bachelorette party and it ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend! Alexa, our instructor, was incredible—so upbeat, patient, and welcoming. She made everyone feel comfortable (even the girls who had never tried barre before) and added little touches to make the class feel special for me as the bride-to-be. The workout was the perfect mix of challenging and fun. We all left feeling strong, energized, and laughing together. Alexa even incorporated some bachelorette-themed music which made it feel personalized. If you’re looking for something active, unique, and memorable for a group celebration, I can’t recommend this enough. Thank you, Alexa, for making my bachelorette party so special!

After receiving news of a diagnosis that would require back surgery in my 30’s, I found 4:8 Physio and was determined to get stronger. I started Pilates classes once a week and in 5 months, my years of chronic back pain were slowly disappearing. I can now get out of bed, tie my shoes, and pick things up without having a hard time. Dr. Molly is super knowledgeable and continues to check up on my wellness journey. Alexa is also a wonderful and encouraging coach who will gladly take the time to give modifications or constructive feedback. I am not usually one to enter a group class without a friend, but this has been an easy class to join on my own. Now I believe surgery can be put on hold or maybe not even be an option anymore considering my success with mitigating pain through Pilates at 4:

I went to a mat pilates class taught by Alexa and I can’t wait to go back! The class was so humbling and I was working muscles I’m not sure I’ve ever worked before. I felt amazing afterwards. Also not to mention all the cute goodies at the front desk area. You don’t even need to leave town to find yourself or someone else a cute, useful gift!

As someone with chronic health and pain issues, 4:8 Physio is a godsend. I left my appointment with Dr Molly today feeling more hopeful about my health than I have in years and finally at peace that I can take my health and fitness into my own hands. The office is peaceful, polished, and adorably home-y. You will not regret booking an appointment or classes with them!

I had so much fun at their free Pilates class! The environment was beginner friendly and so welcoming. I felt like I belonged as soon as I got there! They had snacks and refreshments and made the space feel like home. The class it self was good and challenging! Definitely recommend checking them out and seeing all they offer. ❤️✨
