MinuteClinic at CVS

DO NOT GO INTO THE MINUTE CLINIC! IF BEN or BENJAMIN IS THERE! I went yesterday a lady did my child's physical no problem in and out she was amazing that would of been a 5 star but I take my next child in today she has special needs but wanting to play sports. Unfortunately they guy Ben was rude asked if I was her real mom.. um yes. Then looks at the paper work and says oh we don't do physicals here. I explained I got one done yesterday then looks and says we don't do these physicals. Um what's the difference only different on this physical was it said special Olympics for SPED he then asked me to go in to the back where we go for the check ups walk in and he is explaining they don't touch the spine.. ok but it was done no problem by the lady the day before. Then he asked me to leave that

Got a cold a week ago. I work around littles. And caught a cold. Thankfully I have an ear infection. My chest is so clogged. He didn't take my oxygen or use a stethoscope at all. So no listening to my lungs to see if I was moving air. Totally dismissive. More worried about my blood pressure than my actual illness that is making me feel like junk making my BP an issue. If he hadn't given me an antibiotic I'd need to go else where. Knowing I could just barely breath he kept insisting I wear a mask. He was pretty much covered head to toe. Mercy. If he's this terrified of being sick he does not need to be in medical! He dismissed me. Went to his little office Most likely back there quivering in fear of the world.

I called and was told as long as I was there by 7pm that my son could get seen for a sports physical. When I got there the Dr. or whatever he was would not see my son and stated 7-7:30 was when he does his lab work. I begged him to please see my son since he needed this physical before he went to school the next day in order to participate in practice and that I just found out last minute when I got off at 5. The guy was very cold hearted and just told me I could make an appointment for tomorrow. I kept telling him tomorrow would not work because I needed it before 8 am. I even offered to tip him or pay extra he said very rudely that this was a med clinic and not a restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t care about patient care. Very quick, convenient, and needed care without the long waits and hassle of an urgent care. I appreciated the expediency of the Nurse Practitioner and the pharmacy for my meds. They were nice, answered all questions and helped me feel better quicker.
