Ally Medical Emergency Room - Buda

Our visit at Ally Medical-Buda was great! Everyone we came in contact with during our visit, from the front desk to the Doctor, was very helpful and friendly! They made us feel at home and in great hands! They turned a scary experience for my daughter into a positive one. My daughter took a bad tumble and had to get some stitches and Dr. Haycock was amazing with her! Talked her through everything and made her feel safe, what I thought was going to be a hard, traumatic process turned out to be easy and quick, thanks to the Ally Medical team! Definitely recommend!

had such a great experience at Ally in Buda. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff especially Sara was so nice and fast paced. She made the check in process smooth and stress free. Nurse Wyatt, Nurse Coco, and Dr Bria were absolutely amazing. They were professional, caring, and took the time to really listen. The results came back quickly, which I truly appreciated. I also love that Ally tests for everything, not just the flu or COVID. It is reassuring to know they handle so much more while still keeping such a friendly and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

Great team with speedy and attentive service! Jenifer at the front desk helped a lot with my insurance questions! Camille brought a warmed blanket. Dr. La Fleur helped us understand my son’s hand injury and had great bedside manner. Joan took helpful X-rays and Bri answered all our questions. Oh, and Jenifer also set up this amazing snack and drink selection for patients even though we were in and out in less than an hour. I will never go to anywhere else for an ER! This place is awesome!

I had such a great experience at Ali Medical Urgent Care in Buda! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Myra, Lonnie, Camille, and Christen were all so kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my daughter’s concerns and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s not often you find a team that works so well together and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Haycock was wonderful thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I never felt rushed, and he explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. Went in and was seen within 5 minutes of registering. The front desk jen and ursula were very kind and quick to answer any questions. Lonnie the rad tech was very nice and talked me through my ultrasound. Sandra was also very thorough and very pleasant. Kyle the nurse was great. And my physician Bria was excellent and very friendly. I had to stay for 4 hours for i v antibiotics and was checked on frequently and was very comfortable. IT was the best er visit I have ever had.
