Family Dentistry of Buda

This was my third time here for a cleaning and check-up, and I regret to say it'll likely be my last. My dentist has been fine each time I've gone, but the dental assistant in my latest cleaning was truly perplexing and left me feeling wholly unsatisfied, confused, and annoyed that one of my two annual cleanings felt like such a waste. It was pretty clear that the dental assistant was very new, from the moment he had trouble taking my x-rays (which was super uncomfortable) to the abrupt end to my actual cleaning. He didn't know how to take my blood pressure, placing the cuff in the completely wrong direction and area of my arm, as well as elevating my arm way too high. The other dental assistant and I had to tell him and adjust it ourselves. That felt like such an odd thing to get wrong.

Dr. Swami has taken care of both me and my child, and she’s been wonderful every time. She’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes you feel informed and comfortable. Her office has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and she’s great at helping both adults and kids feel at ease. The work she’s done for us has held up really well over time, which says a lot about the quality of her care. We truly hope she stays in Buda — it’s hard to find a dentist you trust this much.

Dr. Swami and the medical assistants are very capable and caring. The office and equipment are modern and state of the art. I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist. If you're looking for a family dental practice, look no further!

They were so kind, and she was out of pain quickly! In the meantime, I was able to complete the forms and provide payment over the phone. They worked efficiently and with care!!
