I went here today for an exam and a cleaning. I had a hygienist that was disgusting! She was a black lady who wore a hijab. She was touching cabinets, her mask, keyboards and everything else in that room with her gloves then had the audacity to tell me to open my mouth. I politely asked her to change her gloves because she touched a million things with the gloves that she had on. She told me "well everything in here is meant to be touched and if it'll make you happy then ill change my gloves." If it makes me happy? Lady that's unsanitary! Then when she changed the gloves she used her gloves to rub the tooth paste on my teeth. I've had my teeth cleaned many times and they never applied toothpaste on my teeth like that. So I will be reporting her tomorrow ❤️

I cannot say enough amazing things about MIN Dentistry at College Park — especially Dr. Chase and Dental Assistant Tamia. I hate I used my insurance with you all. I’m so unpleased with the service I received. I waited patiently 2 hrs to be seen before my appointment time. No sense of urgency whatsoever. They promoting free whiting but not keeping their word. Staff said they were out of it and I was going to have to wait while they finished with other patients. Then Erica finally came in with it, and just had a bad attitude. Like it’s a service and it’s your job. So I decided not to get it at all. Terrible first experience with Mint. Just disappointed.

They only receive good reviews because they give you a discount for leaving the review. But in reality they are extremely unorganized. Every issue I had was brushed off. I had a procedure happen in March and was very unsatisfied with the procedure due to swelling and pain in my face. No refund was given after receiving a consultation from a different specialist. Then something was filed with my insurance without my approval. However the front desk lady said the consent for them to file whatever with the insurance companies are given once we sign the consent paperwork. Took till December for the office manager to finally contact me and send the lab case of my tooth back so that the orthodontist that I did find and wanted to complete the procedure could complete the procedure. Dr. Griffin was excellent. I was in so much distress from the pain. my extraction was taken care of on a same day appointment. They were comforting throughout the process and that meant so much. Excellent Staff and Service. Will recommend them to anyone I care about.
