If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I have had chronic, unrelenting back pain for the past 7 years. I have been dismissed and ignored by countless doctors, telling me that I’m too young to have anything wrong with my back. My mother sees Dr. Mangrum at Axion, and advised me to reach out to their practice. During my first appointment, Dr. Mangrum took the time to ask me questions about the kind of pain I experience, and found that I have several abnormalities in my spine contributing to my pain. Once discovered, he provided all options for treatment, discussing potential risks and benefits for each. I was referred to Dr. Tran by one of my other Dr's. When I got there I was greeted by the sweetest young lady and was checked in quickly. I did not have to wait even 5 minutes before I was put in a room. The young man that assisted Dr. Tran and got all the information Dr.Tran needed was also very sweet. He explained everything he was going to do. He had no problem answering any questions I had . When he finished Dr. Tran came in a few minutes later to discuss my issue and the plan for my care at that point. He is a very sweet man. He spent a lot of time with me and my husband answering a lot of questions with had. He made sure we understood everything that was going on and what was next. Dr Walkup and his staff were amazing. Dr Walkup spent ten times more time with me than any MD ever, really explaining everything about my condition. I have nothing but good things to say about them!
