The people working here are amazing individuals. And Dr. Burnett really listens to you when you speak even if you forget to mention something in the beginning. Her process is extremely gentle, caring, and versatile. Definitely worth the trip and effort if your looking for people who care. And thank you to everyone there.

My scheduled appointment was canceled one day prior. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I received 2 texts notifying me of the appointment. Now I received a request for feedback on an appointment that didn't happen. I was rescheduled for over 9weeks out. I would suggest that when appointments are canceled, those patients are worked in as soon as possible. Make a list of those patients to call if there are cancelations. The wait time would be reduced. I just feel this policy is unacceptable and unfair to the patient.

I’ve been a patient of Drs Burnett and Wilkes since 2020. They are both very thorough, professional and take their time to examine and assess my conditions. They have state of the art equipment and I feel confident that I am receiving excellent medical care. They take the time to communicate with me and my questions are welcomed and answered.

The best care ever is provided by this team. Dr. Burnett is a true content expert and is so very compassionate: She has provided my eye care for over 30 years. Every time I visit her I am reminded of the thoughtful care she provided my 95 year old grandfather! She put him completely at ease (no small task with an elder) and provided him wonderful eye care.

From signing in, throughout the visit to "Thank you, have a good day", the entire staff is personable and professional. Wait periods for scheduling appointments never seem to be very far out nor does the wait room ever appear overcrowded. I always get called back in less than ten minutes. Neither Dr. Burnett or Dr. Welks make me feel rushed at all while answering the many questions I generally ask.
