Mindful Movement Physical Therapy

I visited Andrea a few weeks after injuring my neck/shoulder and was not seeing any improvement without treatment. Within a couple weeks of working with Andrea, the pain was significantly better and we focused on strengthening in the area to avoid injuring myself again. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. The space is comfortable, well appointed, and the background music selections are great! I will definitely go back when I injure myself again!

Andrea is an incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough physical therapist. She treated my injury and got me moving again. She also taught me a ton about how to move safely and efficiently in my workouts, how to stretch effectively, and how to engage my core through different moves. I feel stronger and more physically stable after working with Andrea. I highly recommend her!

My son was experiencing back pain for 2 years and we tried everything- visits to orthopedists, acupuncture , massage, prescribed physical therapy and no relief until finding Andrea. Andrea worked with him one on one and was able, in a few visits, to relieve his pain and allow him to move again like he used to. She was truly amazing with the care she provided and the interest she took in getting my son to the point he is today- completely free of back pain. So appreciative!
