Millennium Medical Care Manassas

I have been with Millennium for more than six years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The medical care has always been exceptional, and the facility consistently provides top‑quality services. My PCP has been outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to my well‑being. I am very grateful for the care I’ve received and confidently give a 5‑star rating.

Good: I appreciate that I've gotten the basic required care, which was scheduled quite quickly. Which is why I give 2 stars. The doctor listened to my needs, and gave prescriptions I needed. Not so good: I got the care I needed, but felt I had to fight to be listened to. And, on multiple occasions, I've felt rushed and unheard by the doctor. The administrative and facilities could be more updated/professional, as well. Overall, after visiting other practices (like UVA healthcare system), I know I could find better care, administrative support, and advocacy from a PCP.

I am giving Millennium Medical Care in Manassas one star because this is the lowest rating option available. You wonder why? It is primarily because Millennium Medical Care in Manassas has some of the most predatory billing practices that I have ever encountered in a healthcare setting. Medical visits at this facility are unremarkable. Their physicians change quite frequently, making it really hard for patients to connect with them on a more personal level for more quality health care. Furthermore, if your appointment is at 9:00 a.m., you would be lucky to see your physician at 10:00 a.m. Their reception desk is unfriendly to see the least. What is most concerning is their billing. I was referred to this office by my mom and while the doctor was very kind and helpful, my overall experience wasn’t the best. The medical assistant didn’t seem welcoming at all she looked frustrated and annoyed, almost like she didn’t want to be there. She had asked what my appointment was for. I stated on my reasons and she just stared at me all weird. I understand everyone has bad days, but as a new patient, first impressions really matter, and it made the visit feel uncomfortable.
