We’re so grateful to Dr. Linn Grillo for the care my son receives at Millennium Healthcare. She has been amazing, truly listening to her patients and their caregivers, taking our concerns seriously. She helped us get Leucovorin for my son, and now she’s supporting us as we work on managing his significant weight gain. I have been a patient at Milliuam Medical for at least five years — longer than many of the current staff members. My case is related to a workplace injury and is covered under Workers’ Compensation. I recently went in for a scheduled pre-operative appointment with my PCP. When I arrived, I was told I could not be seen because the call center had mistakenly scheduled the appointment as a regular visit instead of a Workers’ Compensation visit. The front desk concierge rescheduled me for the following day and specifically informed me that they would bill my insurance and that I would not be charged. I’m disappointed with the billing experience and overall transparency. This charge was for a phone call, not an in-person appointment. Before the call, I was clearly told the cost would be $25, which is the only reason I agreed to proceed. After the call, I was billed $150, and the call itself did not resolve anything , I was simply told that I would need to schedule another visit. Had I been informed upfront that the call would be billed at that rate, I would have declined without hesitation. What’s most frustrating is not just the amount, but the lack of clear pricing disclosure. I love this practice. GP Lynn Grillo is the best. You can discuss with her any medical condition with ease and comfort. She’s great as a men’s care provider too, whether it’s for a particular concern or regular physical.
