If I can put more stars I would!!!! I had such a great experience at Millenia Optical 125 NYC! Cat helped me set up and reserve my eye check-up—she was friendly, professional, and made the process super easy. Chelsea went above and beyond with the pricing, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with choosing the right glasses for me. She was patient and honest, which I really appreciated. Kelly also did an amazing job checking that my contact lenses were up to date and explained what I need to keep on top of for work—very helpful and reassuring. Overall, the team made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

People there a very professional. Place is small but clean. Don't mind outside prescriptions like many other places. Would definitely recommend.

4 months after my visit I still haven't figured out whether this place of business, Millenia Optical has incompetent billers or are really competent thieves. Back in August I went for a check-up and placed an order for new contacts. They handed me trails and told me I'd get a call in two weeks to pick up my full order. That call never came and neither did my contacts. The representative at Millenia Optical claimed that I must have filled my contact prescription elsewhere. I had not. I made a quick call to my insurance carrier verified that I had not, and was told that Millenia Optical was paid for both my check-up visit and my contacts as my insurance cannot split these benefits. Meaning that both things must be billed on the same day. The matter was explained to three different employe

Today was my first experience with this establishment and I am extremely pleased!! I was welcomed warmly and each staff member was attentive and courteous to me. The doctor was thorough and made me feel at ease with my eye exam. They have a nice range of glasses to offer and the prices are very reasonable!! I especially want to give extra thanks to Raylene she was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that also happen to look amazing! This is a wonderful addition to the community and I will be a faithful customer. Look no further for all your eye care needs!
