Mill Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

Mill Brook is such a great place! I can’t say enough good things about this nursing rehab center. From the moment we arrived, the staff made my family feel supported and informed. The nurses were incredibly attentive, patient, and compassionate, always taking time to explain care plans and ensure comfort. The therapists were encouraging and dedicated, helping my loved one regain strength and confidence day by day. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the genuine kindness shown by everyone made a difficult time so much easier. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care we received. 10 stars from us!

I recently visited and attended a few events at Mill Brook. I was very impressed with the inviting and comfortable atmosphere for the residents, from the library to the courtyard, the residents have several areas throughout the facility to gather. Along with the great atmosphere the staff was incredible. Every staff member that I came across was so engaging to each resident, making sure if they wanted to participate in the event, they had the opportunity while at the same time making sure, they were safely taken care of. I've visited other facilities but never experienced the care and passion of the people and facility Mill Brook offers their residents.

Excellent!!! My 87-year-old dad has been to three nursing homes. Mill Brook is by far the best. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly. I was not happy with the other nursing homes, but I am delighted with Mill Brook.

My grandfather was a patient here on the rehab unit after a stay at the hospital. Can’t say enough good about the experience. The nursing staff took great care of him and made sure all of his needs were met. Despite him having dementia and needing assistance with ADL’s, he was always treated with respect and dignity. Communication was great. My family and I truly appreciated the professionalism throughout the building.

My 100 year old aunt recently passed peacefully at Mill Brook. We could not have picked a better place for her to live life to the fullest her last 8 years. Keeping in mind the challenges all health care workers of today have including staffing, work environments, insurance challenges, corporate, families & the most important, the care of our seniors, I could not be any more pleased with the care our precious aunt had during her time there. Although no place is perfect, I know she felt loved, engaged and grateful to finish her days at Mill Brook. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness & compassion! Could not ask for a better team!
