I have found the staff to be professional and caring. It warms my heart to see all the staff interact with their clients. A very warm and caring atmosphere!

My husband was put in MHRC after being treated for a herniated disc. His first room was disgusting. Smelled of urine and looked awful. He was moved to the B side which was a little better. The staff was terrible. They needed to be reminded of meds. Food was just gross. Couldn't tell chicken from fish (as an example) and was served not even warm. Some of the nurses were just plain nasty (Sandy was the worst). if we tried to say "hi" and make casual conversation we were ignored. We found the aides were much more personable as was the Physical Therapy staff. I would not recommend anyone to use this facility. I can't believe the Board of Health allows this place to operate.

They take amazing care of my aunt. I know she is I. Good hands and I don’t have to worry.

Since they are always understaffed-only had showers every 4 days. Food was terrible (inedible and gave food you specifically wrote that you would not eat).-and meals were not served at the same time each day. Physical therapy was ok but you never knew when they would come-no set schedule. Dr. appts were always confusing. Staff tries so hard-but lack of communication (with administrators?-not sure) make it a nightmare.

We have found the staff to be quite honestly, amazing. My Mother is in fulltime care and we could not be happier with her new home. From the moment we stepped in to have Mom admitted, to the challenging time of adjusting to a new home, the staff has been professional, caring and continues to make my Mother feel like she is family. Her transition was very smooth because of the caring and delightful staff. I visit her everyday and can honestly say that the atmosphere that the staff creates is positive and happy. Most important to all of us is that your loved one is treated with respect & dignity. The Staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel really good about waking up to a bright new day.
