The first time I went, it was just for a cleaning, but even that went horribly wrong. Instead of using water or the proper air-water tool, he used a drill to clean my teeth. In the process, he removed a protective coating I had gotten in Mexico to prevent sensitivity in a tooth that has no gum. And how can I even prove that it was there before he drilled it off? My child has had on braces since the 4th grade they keep giving us the run around on when they will come off . But they should’ve been off she’s about to be 19yrs old , I’m about to cut the insurance off if they don’t take them off by next month . This is ridiculous she’s had more problems with them on them when they were off

First time visiting this dentist and did not like it at all. Took my 7year old and he just started mad talking that he is not a kids specialist, but when I called to make the appointment I was told they were able to do the treatment for my kid. He refused to do her treatment and when the nurse went in to put my kid a sealent I was able to tell she was annoyed and took a big deep breath. Also while I was waiting for my mom to also finish getting her treatment I was able to hear the nurse ( a fat girl, same that put the sealent on my kid) and the receptionist talking about my mom. Also my sister was in the room with my mom and she heard them talking about how they knew my mom was going to give them a hard time with her fillings. Not professional at all. I also waisted my time here.
