My wife had the same thing happen as the other comments. They claimed they sent the link to the >$500 invoice via text and that the link was clicked therefore their system did not send out paper invoices. We only got notice from the collection agencies. We called once and were told that they could not reverse it out of collections and that they gave us notice. We called again with our insurance on the line and they quickly accepted payment over the phone and reversed it out of collections. Do not pay the collection agency a dime, get your insurance involved.

Definitely can echo the other comments here. They failed to send me a bill after I had them run it through my secondary insurance, told me to not pay until I received my updated bill. Never received it, next thing I know I'm getting a call from collections. They should be sued.

BEWARE! I can only echo what other's have shared about this scam of a business. Never received an invoice (and in fact was charged for the exact same treatment by my hospital, which was successfully billed to my insurance), and only heard about them from a collection notice exactly 1 year after my baby's surgery. I have called on several occasions requesting documentation and have received none, and have also received no callbacks as requested. I'm angry that this has negatively impacted my credit score, which really impacts livelihood. I have disputed it on my credit score and BBB complaint.

Like all other reviews listed I’m now experiencing the same situation. I had surgery done a year ago I never received a bill for this service and I’m in collections can’t get in contact with anyone to take care of this. Collections can’t give you a phone number but they want you to bill a bill that you don’t have any info. Credit bureau supposed to have contacted them and they say it is correct but I can’t get in contact with anyone. I wish I can’t get this straight because I do pay my bills these companies are so quick to put you in collections. I need this settled. The collection people say they have sent me info twice but of course I haven’t received it other. So when will this end……

I paid out of pocket , paid prior to surgery full amount , month later I started phone calls sounding like collection agency ( but it was their billing dep.)I paid additional money but later thought something was not right because the surgical center gave me exact quote for self pay prior to surgery However out of fear going to collection agency I paid almost 3,000 $ When I realized I was scammed , I started calling them demanding return of money There was no response till I contacted better business bureau . Someone called back right next day , eventually money was returned , took months
