Edited to add: The suggestion that I call your pharmacy to work out this issue is laughable. I have called to resolve this issue multiple times and was hung up on when I pointed out that the pharmacy should take responsibility for the delivery service they employ. Because of this, I am not able to get my medication this month without paying $1200. The person I spoke to said, very condescendingly, "well we can't send you another one, then we would be out $1200." It seems to me that replacing the medication that was lost due to your own negligence would be the appropriate solution. $1200 is not a feasible cost for most people including myself to shoulder, particularly when it is due to the pharmacy/delivery screwing up and not myself, so I am going the month without a very important medicati

I had a Prescription sent there because I had lived in the area. I was at a friends house and noticed that I had not taken my meds with me so I had a nearby pharmacy call to transfer an Rx. The "Manager" (of whom came off as being teenager) told me that they could not get the medicine so they deleted it out of thier computer system. The Pharmacists was well mannered and helpful but when the "Manager" took over the phone her attitude was deafening and then she hung up. It is like she was doing me a favor like I could not go to any other pharmacy. I thought that people that work in pharmacies are compassionate evidently that is not the way Midtown Medicine runs thier business. BY ALL MEANS AVOID THAT PHARMACY.

Edit: because of my review below and a 4 star review the pharmacy refused to fill my prescription and provide me with necessary medication …. Prior review: Nice small pharmacy, very friendly people and quick. The only thing is they charge a credit card fee. I have to use my HSA/FSA card and cannot use cash even if I wanted to. not fair and borderline abusive to pass on a business operating cost to patients. I’ve seen this in some Asian restaurants, but definitely not the standard practice in the city or the neighborhood. And these restaurants offer a discount for paying with cash, not an automatic % charge for a card. I called and said “Im calling to see if you guys have a medication in stock” then got hung up on. I assumed it was an accidental hang up and called again and said the same thing “Hi I was wondering if you guys have a particular medication in stock”, and the lady responds (before I name the medication) with “We don’t have it” I said “But I haven’t even told you what medication” and she says “I know what you’re going to ask”. I respond “What was I going to ask?” And then she hung up on me. Mind you the whole time I was very polite. Honestly why even work at or operate a pharmacy in you’re going to carry yourself like this? Ridiculous.

Really positive experience here. I needed a thermometer and the staff member who helped me was both friendly and attentive. She found it for me in no time. I’ll definitely be back！❤️
