I've come here for many years from the time they were on Oaklawn Ave. I've had nothing but good experiences there. I'm talking in 25 years or so. Most recently I was there for an issue and they followed up with me unasked, set me up with referrals and basically looked after me better than I do myself. This has consistently been my experience. The doctor, the nurse and the whole staff have been excellent. The dog is great too

Midland medical inc…never again will I go here.. Complained to the office manager and head nurse about some of my issues regarding how staff addressed my issues and did not listen to me on several situations…. They told me to go see my PCP; she knew he was one state away (3 hour drive) and I don’t drive due to a medical condition. You have no idea how rude that was to say that to me… I was so angry about that. Nobody announces their name I have to ask to whom I am speaking to …On the phone and in person. I could not understand how and why two females are talking BS about customers, I’m sitting in the room for the doctor; they left the door open to my room..… I can hear two females dogging SEVERAL (NOT JUST ONE) customers regarding their conditions and medical problems… I could not bel

This place has become a joke. Every thing the bad reviews are saying is 100% accurate. I feel bad for the good workers. The bad workers have turned this place into a gossip bashing environment.

Extremely rude front desk staff, doctors are great, went in staff talked down to me, treated me like I was a idiot..

I have been to Midland medical at least three times recently and have had nothing but a good experience and good care. I saw Dr Nadeau and received very good care each time. I would recommend this urgent care anytime!
