My audiologist, Brittany, at Midland Hearing Associates, is the absolute best! She is always prompt for our appointments, attentive to my needs, and takes care of my issues timely. If she can't fix a problem with my hearing aid mold on the spot (which is rarely), she will persistently work at it until it is right. I love my audiologist!

I have been going to Midland Hearing for routine maintenance of my Phonak aids. The HAS Brittany is my go-to person for cleaning and adjustments. She is both professional and pleasant, and is willing to make any necessary adjustments to the internal programming of my aids. I look forward to my maintenance visits.
