The staff and Doctor are friendly and professional in person. But when you call you wait for 10 to 15 minutes until you are first in the call quote then it sends you to voicemail. And they don't get back to you.

There was no waiting, the staff greeted me cheerfully and with concern as to my health. The nurses asked detailed questions, showed care as to my situation. The doctor was great, gave me explanations as to what I needed to do; answered my questions without hesitation. Check out was good; the staff was pleasant and assured me that I could pick the time I needed for my next appointment. Overall, my experience was GREAT!!!

Excellent patient care! I did not have to wait; I was seen promptly. My procedure was explained to me, and I felt confident I would be well taken care of, and I was. I have been a patient of Dr. Knopf's for over a year now and am very thankful for his abundant knowledge and experience. Everyone is professional and caring!

Second time going, Staff was very kind and friendly. The Doctor I seen seemed to care instead of telling me what was wrong. Had three different tests done wait time short, doing the tests the staff was polite as well thoughtful. I think anyone dealing with any heart related Issues would be in Great hands to see Any of the Cardiologists at Middle GA.

Everyone I met and had an interaction with was polite and professional. Made the overall experience pleasant and felt very confident in their assessments. Would highly recommend to any one, not to mention Dr. Varghese saved my life.
