Our intake nurse was delightful. Super pleasant and very confident. She acted like they had done this a billion times and really put us at ease. Our doctor was the same way. He was very confident and his positive outlook also put us very at ease. I appreciated that we were sent a pre- and post-op form so we would know what to expect as well. And even the financial experience was great. The gal who checked us out made sure to check to see what exactly was covered by our insurance and they really just handled everything. Couldn’t be happier!

I kept in mind to give them a shoutout after having completely healed from impacted wisdom tooth extraction. U may think the office appears small, but Dr. Beckman is incredibly skillful and frank. I only used local anesthesia rather than IV. He recommended leaving the other tooth that is completely buried in bone, although this meant less profit for him. Dr. also commented on why to avoid graft when I asked. We will choose them again in future if our insurance is not changed.

This office is fantastic. Everyone was so kind and Dr Beckman was the best. He put me at ease when having a tooth extracted and performed the procedure quickly and with as little discomfort as possible. Highly recommend.

Mid-Michigan Oral Surgery’s team is FIRST class. Their team makes you feel like you are the only patient there. They truly care about your well being when you are in their care. I had anxiety about the whole tooth extraction procedure and they made me feel at ease. These guys are first rate!!!

Dr. Beckman has a great personality and cares about what the patient wants/needs and the staff is always making sure you are comfortable. I had three teeth extracted today and couldn't be happier with how I was treated during my visit. Highly recommended Dr. Beckman and his staff. I will return if needed.
