Icy Dental

This was the best experience I have had at a dental office. The staff were very nice, but also extremely capable and efficient. They had a pre-authorization done for insurance in minutes right in front of me for an additional service I needed. They have all of the tech that makes the experience fast and easy. They showed me my x-rays and went over everything they did, which no office has ever bothered to do with me before. And they have tvs playing in the rooms with nature programs on, which I found very relaxing. Definitely would recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Icy Dental. Sumai, the dental hygienist, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything about my teeth before the doctor even came in. She made sure I fully understood what was going on. She truly made the visit comfortable and stress-free, The doctor was also amazing , patient, and very thorough, which made me feel completely at ease and confident. The front desk receptionist was just wonderful: welcoming, and extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond to create a positive, calm, and caring experience. Highly recommend.

From the time I arrived, nothing but greatness captured my worries. Ms. K, the receptionist was awesome welcoming as I entered the establishment. The Dental Hygienist was very compassionate and caring to my needs as it's "been some years since I saw a Dentist." The person who recommended me to Icy Dental is the best decision I was happy with.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing place. My appointment went very well and smooth. I felt no anxiety whatsoever which was quite surprising. Pricing for patients with no insurance is pretty astounding also. After 50 years of going to the dentist, I will say that this is the best one I’ve ever had as an adult and I cannot wait to go back for my surgery.

This is the place for you if you want to waste your time. I made 2 new Pt appointments and had to wait 2 months to be seen, which ok I understand. I had to take a half day off of work to make it to this appt. I completed all my paperwork online and when I showed up for my appt, I was told they wouldn't see me because I did not confirm my appt 4 days in advance. What?? I never received a single call, text, voicemail, nothing. The receptionist kept saying let me see what I can do, without coming out sand saying for sure no I needed to reschedule. She stated they needed to verify my insurance information, as she was pulling up my info she says oh I see you submitted it online. Yes I absolutely did and it was verifiable prior to my appt. So because they dropped the ball after I waited 2 months
