Skin cancer warning. Wanted to share my experience as I’m very upset and disappointed. I have a history of melanoma. 6 years in the clear but now hyper vigilant on early skin detection and changes. For several years was happy with Forefront dermatology until the doctor I had left the practice 2 years ago. During my annual skin check with the newly assigned dermatologist, I brought up a spot I had concerns on. The male physician dismissed it and said the “spot was fine”. I reminded him of my history and felt concerned on the spot and would like it tested. He disagreed and assured me it was fine. Fast forward another 6 months and again came back to Forefront dermatology. I brought up my concern again on the same spot. I mentioned that during using skin self tanner the edges of the spot do n

Dr. Monica and her staff are always very kind and welcoming. Dr. Monica is such a kind and personable person. She takes the time with you. She lets you ask questions and gives you answers that you can understand. I really enjoy being her patient.

I would give zero (0) stars if I could. Had an appointment today at 11:25 existing patient got a call when I was right by the parking lot and said the doctor’s not taking any new patients. They took my appointment and then called me 10 minutes before my appointment when I was already there in my car to tell me that the doctor is not taking any new patients and I’m considered a new patient because I’ve not been there in the last two years. I told them that I saw the other doctor that was there and they said the doctor is not taking any new patients. Thanks for letting me know in advance 10 minutes before my appointment. Horrible front office horrible people skills so I called back and then you have to go through their phone tree as you know was put on hold for 15 minutes and then they pick

Great experience with Dr. Van Acker but once the office cancels an appointment you are never able to get back with her. Have tried 2 other doctors there only to have follow up appointments cancelled every time. It's impossible to get a human at the office to talk to about appointments as it goes through a main office.

Dr. Vanacker and staff were all friendly and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I feel they really care about my experience.
