I've experienced nothing but professional and courteous customer service. You'll be happy to know that the rude assistant is no longer there but I will definitely miss her. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable and very patient. A kind gentleman

Dr. Williams is good at removing kidney stones, but everything else, he is completely incompetent. He gave my wife a stent in the hospital, then completely forgot he had done so when we followed up with him. Told us to come back the next day to get it out. So, we took MORE time off, and he says, "Oh, that was never the plan," and sent us to other doctors to get other procedures done, giving us wrong addresses all the while (but never took responsibility). We had to take so much time off because he couldn't get his information straight. Over a year and a half later, we are still getting bills from his office, but good luck trying to pay them. There is no online payment, and when you call, there is a good chance they are either at lunch, gone home early for the day, or will just ignore you

Just do yourself a favor and go to frederick they have a monopoly here for urologist. Not a single private practice around hagerstown. This why they can get away with such shitty care and service. I would give negative if I could. From the front desk to the doctors and nurses, they do not care or listen at all.

Very dissatisfied with the rude front desk staff.. My call was handled poorly and unprofessionally. I called and spoke with Emily (unsure if that’s exactly how her name is spelled) to follow up with my appointment time today, I called earlier and was promised a call back and nobody followed thru. I got to her and just rudely said the time before even asking who I was. She apologized to me with a sarcastic tone.. I’m livid!! No customer service training and I am very disappointed. The doctor was okay but I’m not happy the way I’m treated esp for no reason. I deserve to be treated with respect if I’d pay for a very high medical bill.
