Michigan Urgent Care Ann Arbor

I visited urgent care after a dog bite and was treated by Dr. Lilia Popadiuk. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to carefully examine the wound and explain the treatment plan and what to watch for. She answered my questions clearly and helped make a not so fun situation feel much more manageable. The nurse was very kind and quick to begin treatment, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff member was also excellent. He was straightforward, friendly, and efficient, keeping things moving while still being respectful and helpful. Overall, I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit.

Michigan Urgent Care-Washtenaw was a wonderfully pleasant experience! All of the patient paperwork (it was my first time at this clinic) could be completed on my cell phone and worked really well (no janky internet platform), and the receptionist, Shaila, was extremely kind walking me through the check-in process. Conveniently, after you check-in, you can view a virtual queue of the patients in front of you/your spot in line to keep yourself updated. :) I was in a severe automobile accident two days ago, and Michigan Urgent Care was the only medical establishment around me with an in-house x-ray machine-- I needed some scans to make sure I had not fractured my hand and leg. Both the nurse, Shanice, and the doctor (I did not catch his name), were incredibly kind and answered all of my ques

The care I was given was excellent. The receptionist was welcoming and kept me apprised of my wait. The nursing staff was friendly and efficient and the PA that administered the sutures very professional and approachable. The only negative was that the premises were not very clean.

I would not recommend this place, at least not recommend seeing the female doctor with short blonde hair, or getting tested here. First, I got there at 5:30 and left at 7. It was miserable. The counter ladies were kind, but once I got in it really felt like I was burdening them with the looks they gave me and the tone- not just the doctor, but the worst was with the doctor. I asked a reflective question to make sure I understood, like, "so it's okay in the first week post-surgery to not wear any dressing?" And the doctor snapped back, "if I said it was okay, it's okay!" With a tone like she was talking to a child. I'm 27, but also that is not right even to a child. That's not a helpful response- why not say yes, and here's why? I immediately went into please the upset person mode, laugh

We came in for a simple suture removal. The exam room was filthy. Biowaste bin full to the point of overflowing, with used needles sitting on top. Floors clearly had not been mopped in weeks. The bedside tray for medical instruments was covered in dust, which was then used by the provider to rest her tools on. The painted wall below the hand sanitizer was covered in streaks where sanitizer had over sprayed or dripped. The area all around the door handle to exit the exam room was super dirty. One of the stretchers with what appeared to be drywall dust sprinkled all over it. Overall, just lots of indications that no regular cleaning is happening in this facility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
