Zero stars if that were an option. I scheduled a routine eye exam through Zocdoc and called ahead to confirm that my insurance was accepted. I was told everything was fine and to come in. After commuting and waiting, I was turned away without being seen because the staff then said they do not accept my insurance and that I had been given incorrect information. If a clinic sees an upcoming appointment and knows the patient’s insurance is not accepted, the professional thing to do is to notify the patient in advance. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Don't recommend this place. And to whoever is going to a routine checkup, double or triple check with that place that they take your insurance.

Purchased a pair of glasses here on 9/9. They put the wrong lenses in, then actually broke the frames while trying to replace them. When I asked for a refund, they refused. They’ve said they’ll reorder the same glasses with the correct lenses, but it’s now been almost two months with no update. Michael was great, but the front desk staff—the older woman with brown hair and glasses—has been extremely difficult and rude throughout this whole process. I can’t recommend buying glasses here, though the eye exam itself was good.

STAY AWAY! THEY COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD BY STEALING YOUR BENEFITS! Went for a simple eye exam and months later found out they stole my insurance benefits by saying i purchased contacts when i did not, and received money from my insurance for this non existent purchase. Michael's confirmed there was no record of me purchasing contacts, but they were unwilling to assist in any way! They said "they don't give refunds" and "well just buy the contacts here and we'll give you the discount." What!? You lied to my insurance and now you want me to reward you for that by giving you more business and buying overpriced contacts? Leaving a similar post as one I read below. The eye doctor was great and thorough. Sadly, the front desk was lacking. I walked in for an impromptu eye exam and after my exam, I was told I had a $100 credit for a pair of glasses. Knowing that doesn’t get me far, I still looked at the options and opted out of getting a pair. What the woman failed is share the proper information–my insurance covers for $250 and now because of her false info, I’m unable to take advantage of the credit at all until it resets in 2 years. If I had known I had a larger credit or that I’d lose the amount if unused then, I surely would’ve selected a pair of glasses but I can’t do either now.

The kindest doctor and staff.. they took me in without an appointment and took care of absolutely everything I needed.. also, make sure you order your contacts through them!! They price match to 1800contacts plus they give you a rebate in a form of a gift card!! So happy I found them.. will recommend to all my friends and only work with them from now on.
