What a bad service here. So horrible it disgusts me. I just witnessed a colored desk lady give such a bad attitude to a Latina lady who was with her son. Just because the Latina lady doesn't know english, doesn't mean she can go talk mah crazy about her. She literally snatched the paper out of her hand and the Latina lady started crying of anger because of the mistreat. She then asked for someone to help her with her papers and the colored lady told the other lady not to help her because she can do it herself. Such a disgusting attitude. This is racism to me. And then nobody did anything about it, instead they tried to take the Latina lady out of there with her son because she was making a commotion, which I don't agree about it because if that was me I would've made a whole scene as well.
