The receptionist was very helpful, however the individual who excited me to room 4 was very unpleasant. When a new patient comes in they need a pleasant face or voice. However the doctor came in with a vey patient demeanor which helped break the ice. As an African American who is highly educated and have a sense of decernment I don't want to judge. But as we are public people we should greet the patient with a smile.

I’m currently waiting for my hip replacement to be scheduled. I have seen Dr Higgins twice to discuss this. I have had some other health that have put the surgery off. The office was clean and staff at both location’s professional and courteous, especially the Harborview office. Dr. Higgins is very pleasant and easy to talk with. He came highly recommended, answered all questions and gave good information concerning procedure.
