I had my eyes examined two weeks ago - asked if there was a change in my prescription, and they said YES - and then went to another store to purchase eyeglasses. When the eyeglasses were ready, they were the wrong prescription. I called Dr. Aucello's office at 11 a.m. this morning - told them I needed to come in again and be seen - they said I didn't need an appointment to just come in. I told them I had a sick husband at home and didn't have a lot of time. When I got there at 11:30, they told me I needed an appointment at 1:00. I got irritated, and the girl told me I misunderstood her. I saw the optician, who saw that the prescription was wrong. A patient was in front of me, and they said her eye exam would take ten minutes and then I could go in to see Dr. Aucello. I sat and wait

We made an appointment a month ahead so that my daughter can see an optometrist when she was visiting us during her winter break. They canceled the appointment on us the day before because we couldn't get back to them on the same day!
